What companies/classes are you currently in?
I am in Sr. Cats and Tap Cat 1s.
When did you start at Center Stage?
I started at Center Stage when I was 7 after switching from a different studio.
Do you remember your first dance routine?
My first Center Stage routine was Ice Cream Freeze with Danielle Mondi.
What was your Center Stage journey?
For jazz I started in jaguars and went through Jr. cats and then Sr. cats and for tap I started in sr. tap kids and then went through jr. tap cats and Tap Cats.
Which was your favorite Nationals, and why? What happened there?
My favorite Nationals was Orlando because I was able to make so many amazing memories with my dance friends in Disney and I can’t wait to go back this year!
Why has it been worth all of the energy you’ve put in to it and the sacrifices you’ve made?
Center Stage taught me more than just how to be a better dancer. I also learned time management and responsibility and it also helped me become more confident in myself.
Do you do other outside of school activities?
I’m in FPAC and I am in National Honor Society.
What’s your favorite movie and why?
When Harry Met Sally! My mom made me watch it when I was little and I fell asleep but then she forced me to give it another chance and I ended up loving it!
Favorite Broadway show?
Dear Evan Hansen for sure! It was amazing!!
First Broadway show?
It was the Beauty and the Beast when I was four.
Favorite food?
Sushi! I could eat it everyday!
First celebrity crush?
Joe Jonas! Five year old me was in love!
TV Show you’re embarrassed to admit you used to watch?
Probably Dance Moms. It used to be my guilty pleasure.
What are you irrationally afraid of?
Bugs!! I hate them!
What do you wish you knew how to do that you can’t right now?
I wish I knew how to speak another language fluently.
Who is your hero and why?
Definitely my dad! I really admire the way he handles himself in tough situations. People always tell me how good of a man he is and I can only strive to be half the person he is!
What’s next?
Going to college and majoring in forensic science and hopefully dancing on the dance team. I haven’t decided what college yet though!
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully working in the crime scene investigation field and living happily!
Will you come back to visit Center Stage, or are you gone for good when you’re out the door?
Of course! How could I not come back after all the time I’ve spent here!
